OVERVIEW: What was once a Post office and shop is now a large 5 bedroom holiday cottage. The works to Heather House included a new roof before being able to start demolition works internally and externally. This was closely followed by a newly built extension to the rear before we could really start to tackle the extensive refurbishment throughout the property. Naturally a project of this size requires a re wire, new plumbing and new heating so this all followed on. The build has had all new glazing throughout, with new windows and doors.
A new rendered facade to the front of the property, with a new external decoration finish to the rest of the external faces. Armada Group also undertook all groundworks, soft and hard landscaping and installed the new driveway to the property. All of which add the finishing touches the project deserves.
